We finally got some snow! It's not a lot, but it's been at least five years since we've had even this much. So we are taking the day off along with all the city and county schools for miles around!This means a day of playing for the kids and a day of catching up on housework for Mom!

I wish we would get some snow here! We got a dusting last night, and the roads actually had lots of slick spots early this morning, but we haven't had a real snow since last winter.
We thought we might get snow this week, but it was just a dusting. There's another possibility of snow on Monday. Jacob is really hopeful; he would love nothing more than a huge weather event.
